SERVICE TERMS

Simple service. Clear terms.

These terms apply when a business or organisation purchases I'm Here Now from Split Decision Ventures, trading as Split Decision. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the location.

The service

Split Decision will prepare a branded I'm Here Now check-in website, QR materials and host controls for one agreed location, and provide hosting and reasonable maintenance while the subscription remains active. Timing depends on receiving complete branding and setup information.

Charges and renewal

• Monthly plan: a $99 setup charge plus $25 at checkout, then $25 each month until cancelled.
• Annual plan: $299 at checkout, including setup, renewing yearly until cancelled.

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be added where required. Stripe processes payments.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next renewal by sending an enquiry through im-here.now or using the contact method on your Stripe receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal; service continues to the end of the paid billing period. Setup charges are non-refundable once setup work has begun. This does not limit any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying authorised branding, keeping host access private, using the service lawfully, providing any venue-specific notices, and promptly reporting misuse. You must not use I'm Here Now for unlawful discrimination, harassment, sensitive screening, emergency communications or unsolicited marketing.

Visitor content

Profiles and messages are supplied by visitors and are not verified or endorsed by Split Decision. The location remains responsible for its physical premises and interactions occurring there. Split Decision may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, non-payment or misuse.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may make reasonable technical or security changes. If a material change substantially reduces the paid service, we will work with the customer on a practical remedy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Split Decision is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, visitor conduct, unverified profile content, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. Split Decision’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the affected location during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how service and enquiry information is handled. Each location also displays a visitor-facing privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated reasonably. Last updated 21 September 2026.
