I'm Here Now is operated by Split Decision Ventures, trading as Split Decision, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This notice covers the commercial website at im-here.now and privacy requests relating to participating I'm Here Now locations.

Information we collect

If you enquire, purchase or submit setup details, we collect the contact, business and location information you provide. Stripe processes payment and billing information; I'm Here Now does not receive or store your full card number. Netlify processes website forms, hosting logs and serverless requests. Individual location check-ins are covered by the notice displayed at that location. If you join the affiliate programme, we collect your name, email, referral code, tracked purchase milestones and payout status. A referral code may be saved in the buyer's browser for up to 30 days so the original introduction can be attributed.

How we use it

We use the information to answer enquiries, provide and support the service, administer subscriptions, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting obligations and communicate important service information. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

General enquiries and location setup records are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless longer retention is required for an active service, accounting, dispute or legal obligation. Stripe retains transaction records under its own policies. Location check-in data follows the shorter periods stated in the relevant location notice. Affiliate records are retained while the programme is active and for up to 24 months afterwards where needed for payout, accounting, fraud prevention or disputes.

Service providers and transfers

We use Netlify for hosting and forms and Stripe for billing. These providers may process information outside the Turks and Caicos Islands under their own security and contractual safeguards.

You may ask to access, correct or delete information we hold, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Submit the form below and identify the relevant location if the request concerns a check-in.
