One milestone. One payment.

I'm Here Now referrals

A valid referral earns one $100 commission only after the referred coworking space or location has completed 12 consecutive months of paid I'm Here Now service. No commission is earned on signup, initial payment or a partial year, whether the customer chose monthly or annual billing.

Simple rules

• Commission is one-time only. There is no recurring share, percentage or partial commission.
• The referral link or code must be recorded before or at the customer’s original purchase.
• Self-referrals, duplicate claims, misleading promotion, spam and paid brand-keyword advertising are not allowed.
• Refunded, disputed, fraudulent or unpaid periods do not count.
• Split Decision pays eligible commissions in a monthly or quarterly batch after verifying the full paid milestone.
• The affiliate is responsible for supplying accurate payout and tax information when requested.

Attribution and decisions

Stripe, product and referral records control attribution and eligibility. Where more than one code is claimed, the valid code recorded at the original purchase controls. Split Decision’s eligibility decision is final except for a clear record-keeping error raised within 30 days.

Ending participation

Either party may end participation at any time. Previously tracked genuine referrals remain subject to these terms, but Split Decision may cancel commission arising from fraud, self-referral, material breach or unlawful promotion.

Privacy and changes

Affiliate contact details are used to administer links, eligibility and payouts under the privacy notice. Split Decision may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted here. Last updated 21 September 2026.
